If you haven’t already heard the big news Janet Jackson has abruptly decided that she is going to suspend her world tour to start a family. The singer didn’t give any additional information besides letting her fans know it’s something they must do.

Janet Jackson is not offering a refund to her concert, but has promised to resume the tour in 2017. Jackson, who started what was to be a major global tour last year, but has only played once since November, said on Wednesday that she was indefinitely staying off the road as she and her husband, Qatari business mogul Wissam Al Mana, are “planning their family.”
