Bachelor Nation is on the edge of their seats

In last summer’s season of The Bachelorette, starring Hannah Brown, Peter Weber was among the last three men standing–but Brown ultimately chose to send him home, broken-hearted. But Hannah decided to make a surprise visit to the Bachelor mansion to see Peter, who is now the star of his own season and admitted she made a mistake.

“I just want someone to want me as bad as I want them. And you telling me that you have feelings still and that you made mistakes, I want to hear that and I want to believe that,” Peter told Hannah.

The contestants vying for Peter’s heart were less than thrilled by Hannah’s reappearance. Halfway through Monday night’s episode, Peter elected to send Hannah home–although he admitted it was a hard decision.

“I wanted to kiss her, yes,” he said. “That’s what I was feeling. That’s what I wanted to do. I mean, it wasn’t that long ago that we broke up, so I guess it’s okay to feel this way.”

He apologized to the contestants, who had their group date canceled due to Hannah’s visit.

“I probably didn’t handle this the right way today,” he told the women. “I am trying to figure out what the hell my heart wants, and I’m just really scared that I’m not where I need to be for this.”
