Gilbert Arenas’ lady Laura Govan is serving notice to all basketball wives that there’s only one engagement ring to rule them all, and conveniently it’s the million-dollar rock she wears on her hand.

Laura was spotted out in Calabasas yesterday when TMZ’s camera guy asked her about Russell Westbrook’s endearing display of love to his fiancé a nice $700k engagement ring.
