Brady will join up with Fox Sports when he retires.
Earlier this year, superstar NFL player Tom Brady temporarily retired from the sport and his spot on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, only to walk back his retirement just a few days later and returning to the team. However, while Brady isn’t retiring from football just yet, he has started making plans for what he’ll be doing whenever he’s done for real, and apparently, those plans include talking about football instead of playing it.

Today, Fox CEO Lachlan Murdoch announced that Brady has committed to joining the Fox Sports team as an NFL sports analyst whenever he finally retires from the sport. He will call games live alongside Fox’s lead play-by-play announcer Kevin Burkhardt, and will also be working as an “ambassador” of sorts for the Fox brand, providing appearances for “client and promotional initiatives.”
“We are delighted that Tom has committed to joining the Fox team and wish him all the best during this upcoming season,” Murdoch said.

Brady confirmed the announcement on his own Twitter and noted his excitement to join the Fox Sports team, though he assured fans that his retirement isn’t coming just yet. “Excited, but a lot of unfinished business on the field with the Buccaneers,” he wrote.
