The Meme That Keeps On Getting Shared
People will not stop sharing a meme on Facebook claiming that the Powerball jackpot is enough to give everyone in the United States over 4 million dollars solving poverty.
It’s unbelievable right, and that’s because well it’s absolutely not true. And now we have to do the math because the meme is so far off because it comes out to $4.33 not $4.33 million. And to make matters worse the person didn’t even take into account the taxes that are going to be taken out after. Depending on which state the winner lives in that $1.3 billion can quickly turn into only $400 million….yeah the government takes out a lot.
