It’s officially winter, and in most parts of the country that means it is cold – really cold! Luckily there are creations that promise to keep you warm no matter where you go. Here are some ways that technology can keep you toasty.

This blanket is water resistant and has a rechargeable battery pack. This battery pack doubles as a flash light and back up battery. The battery pack can be fully charged in 90 minutes and can recharge your mobile device up to four times. It runs for 10 hours on a low heat setting, 6 hours on a medium heat setting and 4 hours on high heat. It also comes in two versions – sustainably sourced down feathers or a synthetic material. This blanket retails for $250.

3. Elements Firecel

This handy tool is a hand warmer, back up battery and flashlight all in one. If you clasp your hands around the device, you get three hours of warmth. This handy little gadget retails for $40.
