Justin Bieber May Be The Next Eminem Diss Track
Justin Bieber might soon be the subject of an Eminem diss track if he’s not careful. On Wednesday, Bieber called out Eminem for “not understanding” new rappers and said the veteran rap artist needs to lay off the negativity.
“I like Eminem’s flow but don’t like him dissing to other new rappers. He just doesn’t understand it,” Bieber posted to his Instagram story.
On Eminem’s last album, “Kamikaze,” released in August 2018, the final track took shots at younger rappers who “mumble.”
“Lil Pump, Lil Xan imitate Lil Wayne/I should aim at everybody in the game, pick a name” and “I heard your mumbling but it’s jumbled in mumbo-jumbo/The era that I’m from will pummel you/That’s what it’s comin’ to,” Eminem rapped.
So far, Eminem appears to be ignoring Bieber’s criticism and hasn’t shot back a pithy response on Twitter or Instagram. But Bieber’s Instagram followers reminded him to step lightly.
“Biebs, you in danger…the diss track about to be launched at this fool by @Eminem will be epic… also- we all understand that mumbling over beats and mediocre lyrics will never present / nor be accepted as RHYTHM AND POETRY #rap,” an account named Pancholo’s Productions wrote in the comments of Bieber’s story.
Is a Justin Bieber/Marshall Mathers rap battle coming soon? Only time will tell.
