The “Friends” actress breaks down her day starting with a wakeup call at 4:30 in the morning. After her early work day wake-up, she drinks hot water with lemon, washes her face with soap and water, and then does 20 minutes of meditation. For breakfast, she drinks a glow-tein shake, which has collagen peptides, designed to give her a glow from the inside out. Then she goes off to a personal training session, which includes 30 minutes of spin and 40 minutes of intense yoga. THEN she goes to the gym! Yes, you heard that right. At the gym she “does her own thing” – either strength training or treadmill, bike, or elliptical. Jennifer gets more done before 9 am than we get done all day!
