Britney Spears was honoured last night with her first ever People’s Choice Awards. It’s hard to believe a women with all those hit songs and platinum albums could have missed out on this award, but we guess there’s a first time for everything.
Britney Spears has been dominating the pop music charts for more than 15 years, but she’s never won a People’s Choice Award. Until now.
Britney won the Favorite Pop Artist title at the 2014 ceremony, beating out ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake.
Spears showed up just in time to accept her award … though she did have a little trouble getting to the stage.
Brit recently kicked off her 2 year residency in Las Vagas where her show opened to a start studded audience. Looks like 2014 is treating Ms. Spears pretty well so far!
