What You Need To Know
Meet fitness gurus Alex Crockford and AJ Odudu. They know just how important it is to keep your body in shape, so they wanted to share some of their personal training tips and tricks with you. They begin by bringing you through a 50 minute workout focusing on your upper body strength!

The upper body workout consists of push ups, tricep dips, and high planks. Do 10 repetitions of each, 3 sets of each, and a 30-second rest between each set. For push ups some great pro tips are to balance on your toes, bend at the elbow, keep your hands shoulder width apart and lower knees to reduce intensity. For tricep dips some great pro tips are to position arms behind you, bend at the elbow, keep your body elevated and move your feet closer to reduce intensity. Last but not least is high planks. Some great pro tips for this is to position wrists below shoulders, keep a straight back and add a rotation to increase intensity.
Another great pro tip is for after an intense training. You want to make sure you are refueling. During your workout, you are breaking down muscle fibers making it crucial to get your protein in afterward. One of the best proteins is Arla Protein. It’s high in protein and is fat-free.
