Wal-Mart Taking A Loss
Some interesting news has surfaced this week as Wal-Mart announced that they will be closing 269 stores, more than half of them in the United States and another big chunk in its challenging Brazilian market.
This will be affecting nearly 10,000 workers in the United States. This announcement is coming just three months after the company’s CEO told investors that the world’s largest retailer would review its store fleet due to increasing competition from places like Amazon.
Wal-Mart has received mix reviews about their stores overtime from customers but many still rely on their stores for a lower price at a high quality value. For more details be sure to check out the video above.
