After closing and down almost 600 points on Monday, the Dow has surged almost 300 points on Tuesday echoing a rally in Europe. So, is the global market less concerned about the troubles in China?

Well, no. Just because there has been one big rally doesn’t set aside the fact that markets sold off for two weeks after China devalued its currency and there is no forgetting China’s significant fall today. There has only been a bounce back in the United States and Europe.
