Oscar Nominees

Award season is officially among us! It’s the time of year where we have a lot to look forward to especially as the Oscars rapidly approach for their 88th awards ceremony.

During the ceremony, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will present Academy Awards in 24 categories. Chris Rock, who hosted the ceremony back in 2005, will host the ceremony this year for the second time. However, with so many categories and great nominees we would like to take a minute to recognize the nominees for ‘Best Actress.’ Cate Blanchett for “Carol,” Brie Larson for “Room,” Jennifer Lawrence for “Joy”, Charlotte Rampling for “45 Years,” and Saoirse Ronan for “Brooklyn.” And we must say Brie Larson is looking pretty solid for the win.
