A Little Bundle Of Joy

The San Diego Zoo had a big announcment to make on Thursday afternoon in reguards to the birth of a new baby gorilla! The baby girl weighs about 4 pounds and her mother weights tops the scale at 229 pounds…wow!

The baby’s mother is super protective of her and so far will not let the baby out of her arms. This is her second baby and the zoo’s eighth member of the gorilla group. For more information be sure to check out the video above!
