Netflix announces upcoming releases including newbies and oldies

Netflix just announced their new line-up of releases including some original series and movies along with new additions. Netflix will also be adding more holiday-themed content for the whole family. We suggest some of the movies and series you can look forward to watching on Netflix through November.

Series
Starting Nov. 1 Netflix will be streaming the controversial series “Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath” (Seasons 1-3) that details testimonials from former Scientologists. The popular Netflix series about the UK monarchy “The Crown” will be returning for Season 4 on Nov. 15 including the updated cast including the debut of Princess Diana.


Movies
Netflix will be releasing a lot of movies on Nov. 1 including “A Clockwork Orange,” “Ocean’s Eleven,” “Snowden,” “The Karate Kid,” and “Yes Man.” The thriller starring Jennifer Lawrence “Mother” will be available on Nov. 3.

Netflix will be celebrating the young pop sensation Shawn Mendes with an original documentary “Shawn Mendes: In Wonder” that will follow the artist during his world tour exploring his rise to fame on Nov. 23.

Holiday Entertainment
Netflix will be releasing an original children’s Christmas movie “Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey” to release on Nov. 13 that is promised to be a fun family musical celebrating everything Christmas. Netflix will also be releasing a sequel of “The Princess Switch” starring Vanessa Hudgens “Switched Again” on Nov. 19.

Netflix will also be releasing another holiday sequel starring Kurt Russell “the Christmas Chronicles 2” on Nov. 25. Another highly anticipated holiday Netflix film releasing is “Dolly Parton’s Christmas on the Square” for a holiday musical starring Christine Baranski and Dolly Parton as a guardian angel to help a town from getting their land stolen.
