Merry Christmas from the Cyrus family

It’s common for people to joke about family disagreements at the holidays. Miley Cyrus, for one, held nothing back when she shared a photo of herself with her parents and four of her five siblings on Instagram.

“Happy Holidays from America’s most dysfunctional family,” she wrote under the black-and-white photo of herself with parents Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus, as well as siblings Noah, Brandi, Braison, and Trace. Miley also has a half-brother, Christopher, from her dad’s first marriage.

Miley’s fans could relate. The picture received almost a million likes on Instagram, along with thousands of comments from well-wishers and fellow stars.

“what’s a family without a lil dysfunction,” celebrity hair colorist Justin Anderson asked.

Miley has had a tumultuous year. After ending their ten-year relationship, she and Liam Hemsworth settled their divorce only a few days ago.

“Although their property has been divided and Cyrus will reportedly retain custody of their animals, the divorce won’t be finalized until March 2020,” PEOPLE.com reported.

But Miley has apparently found love again with Australian singer Cody Simpson. Simpson’s sister, Alli, told news outlets in Australia that the pair has been together for several months now.

“Yes, [they’re] together for sure,” Alli Simpson said, although she wouldn’t provide any other details about the couple’s holiday plans.
