Has Kanye Lost His Mind?

Kanye West is no stranger to provocative statements, but this one might take the cake. The Chicago rapper has made headlines, and it’s not for his talents, but rather his love for the controversial President, Donald Trump. Not only has he proclaimed his love for President Trump, but also made some pretty backwards statements that are hard to hear. During an interview with TMZ, the rapper actually suggests the slavery was a ‘choice.’

“When you hear about slavery for 400 years … For 400 years? That sounds like a choice.”
The rapper went on to add:”You were there for 400 years and it’s all of y’all. It’s like we’re mentally imprisoned.”

Many entertainers and celebrities have taken to social media to share their disregard for his statement, claiming that he has in fact lost his mind.
