Remembering Joan The Legend

Following complications from a throat procedure, the 81-year-old legendary comedienne has died.

The funny lady experienced a career spanning nearly 5 decades, the comedic icon found fame even in her later years with E! news and her loyal following of Joan Rangers.

Joan was known the world over for her brutally honest, and at times controversial, style of humor. Rivers was also famous for her in depth red carpet coverage, coining the phrase “Who are you wearing?”.

Rivers is survived by her daughter, Melissa Rivers, and grandson, Cooper.
