Sports: A Family Affair
Growing up watching and playing sports is an amazing experience. From when you were a kid playing sports all year round, tournaments, double headers, races, you name it…you can probably recall being at the event all day long or even all weekend long. It becomes a family affair.
Having a support system while playing sports is super important. You can probably remember all the times your parents took you back and forth to practice, practiced with you at home, and sat hours watching you play/race. We owe them a big thank you especially with father’s day coming up this month.
There is nothing like the bond between a father and his kids and Graham Rahal is the perfect example of this. Graham Rahal is an indy car racer who grew up racing with his dad (Bobby Rahal) who is also a professional. They raced together and Graham’s dad is always with him through the good and the bad and that’s one of Graham’s favorite things about him. Pursuing a profession that you can grow in along side your father is an amazing experience and not many people get to say they have done that! Check out Graham and his dad in the video above!
