President Barack Obama and other G20 leaders are discussing how to respond to the terror strikes in Paris that Obama calls an attack on the civilized world.

Leaders opened Sunday’s session by observing a moment of silence for the victims. The group is determined to bring the suspects to justice and will not have it any other way. For Obama this trip is one of ten days that also takes him to summits in the Philippians and Malaysia.
