The New Album Is Called “She Is Coming”

Miley Cyrus confirmed that her newest album, “She Is Coming,” will drop Friday, May 31st. Miley posted the cover art for the album on her Instagram page Monday–a black-and-white photo of herself in a shirt that says, “Never Mind the Bollocks.” This will be the former “Hanna Montana” star’s first album in two years.

“Cyrus previously teased She Is Coming with various teasers on social media after unveiling a snippet of a new song called ‘Bad Karma’ in a video filmed as she and husband Liam Hemsworth made their way to the 2019 Met Gala on May 6,” Entertainment Weekly reports. “The EP will mark Cyrus’ first collection of new music since 2017’s full-length album Younger Now, which spawned the top-10 hit ‘Malibu; and reached No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart.”

On Saturday, Miley performed three new songs in the U.K. for BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend show: “Mother’s Daughter,” “Dream,” and “Catitude.” On “Catitude,” she references the rumored feud between Cardi B and Nicki Minaj, singing, “I love you Nicki, but I listen to Cardi.”

On Twitter, Cyrus encouraged fans to pre-order the new album, tweeting, “Pre Save now! Or live with regret for the rest of your existence,” alongside a goofy-face emoji.
