KKW caught using photoshop for family Christmas card

Kim Kardashian West and her husband, rapper Kanye West, might appear to have a picture-perfect family. But it’s not all fun and games trying to get four kids under 7 years old to pose for a Christmas card. In fact, Kim told Ellen DeGeneres she had to photoshop her oldest child, North, into the card after the 6-year-old “refused” to participate.

“It’s the most anxiety to get four kids together smiling in a room,” Kim said on Ellen’s show Tuesday. “North was having a day, so she refused to be in the shoot. She just was crying because she wanted her specific hairstyle, whatever.”

Kim put her foot down and told North that if she didn’t cooperate, she wouldn’t appear on the card with her parents, as well as her siblings: Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

“I said, ‘Fine you’re not gonna be in the card. That’s the decision, you’re not gonna be in the card. I’m just going to take the family card without you,'” Kim said. “And she was fine with that. The next day she woke up and was like ‘Mommy, I really want to do a card.’”

So North donned a gray sweatsuit, like the rest of the family, and had her photo taken separately. Her image was photoshopped onto the card.

“I would’ve rather done it this way than the anxiety of what I went through of trying to get — I mean, Chicago has a cookie in her hand, I was really holding Psalm there, Saint was really there. The rest of us were there, but North…that was a lot,” Kim told Ellen. “There’s always one!”
