Well, according to reports out Thursday, it’s a possibility.

But could it all be a ploy to plug his latest film?

Pictures have surfaced of a direct message conversation on Instagram supposedly between James Franco and a 17-year-old girl.

In the conversation it appears Franco is trying to hook up with the girl and even suggests renting a room for the pair.

Franco responded to the allegations by saying “I HOPE PARENTS KEEP THEIR TEENS AWAY FROM ME. Thank you.”
