Mind the Splash Zone

SeaWorld Orlando has officially opened the doors on its latest attraction. Named ‘Infinity Falls,’ the attraction places guests in a large tube and sends them down artificial river rapids. The rapids are full of fountains and falls, all in a general effort to get guests as wet as possible without actually dunking them in water.

The attraction also features some educational components about rain forest preservation and freshwater conservation. The attraction culminates in its crown jewel: the tube climbs up and goes over a massive water fall, crashing into the waves at the bottom.

The waterfall is the new holder of the world record for world’s tallest rapids ride, standing at an impressive forty feet tall. In promotion of ‘Infinity Falls,’ the president of SeaWorld Orlando, Mark Pauls, said “from the excitement of the thrilling rapids, to the unique vertical lift element, Infinity Falls is an adventure that appeals to the entire family.”
