Gwyneth Paltrow is being criticized for her new book, It’s All Easy, which features a variety of recipes. Contrary to the book’s name consumers say her recipes are anything but easy.

Her book promises easy weekday recipes for the busy cook. Critics feel that her recipes are very difficult, and also contains hard to find ingredients, such as chick pea flour, leading to claims that Gwyneth is out of touch with real people. However, Gwyneth is getting the last laugh, as It’s All Easy is already #8 on Amazon’s best-seller list.
