The Most Magical Place On Earth Just Got Magical-er

After the box office success of the third installment of the beloved franchise, Disney/Pixar’s Toy Story got the sweet treatment at everyone’s favorite theme park. In Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando, California, the Toy Story Mania ride opened, becoming a fan favorite arcade experience. Now, right next to the esteemed ride, a whole new world of adventure is being opened up that could rival Animal Kingdom’s recent success with Pandora, the planet based on James Cameron’s Avatar movie.

Toy Story Land is set to open on June 30th, and will feature a psychedelic sensory overload of bright colors, favorite characters, and iconic locations as you and your family are shrunk to the size of a toy to play with Woody, Buzz, Jessie, and all your favorite characters from the franchise. The new area of the park is set with a new roller coaster called Slinky Dog Dash that traverses the entire area, a twisting adventure on the Alien Swirling Saucers, and great places to eat such as Woody’s Lunch Box.

Everything about the place looks like a kid’s dream world, which means Disney is continuing to do what it does best. We all fell in love with the franchise when the first movie released in 1995, and now kids and adults alike will get back to their toy-loving roots and explore the amazement.
