Millennials Are More Obsessed With Battery Life Than Life Itself
So what would you be willing to give up in order to continue using your smartphone? According to experts, millennials would be willing to give up a lot. Here are some of the things they would give up in order to scroll through Instagram.
41 percent of millennials would give up washing their hair for a week in order to keep their phone. Another 17 percent said they would give up brushing their teeth for a week instead of giving up the electronic device. And over 50 percent said that they would give up television and movies for a month in order to continually use their phones. Around 30 percent would give up their pets for a week. Yes, their pets. Last but not least, 77 percent said they would give up caffeine for a week. That would be on groggy week for millennials.
It is really hard for this generation to even enjoy their surroundings when so caught up with what is going on behind the screen. They spend more time worrying about their battery life than what is actually going on around them. So I guess the question is, what wouldn’t they give up in order to keep their addicting screens around?
