Can You Feel The Love?
Disney recently released the cast for the latest remake, the “Lion King,” and in true Disney fashion, it’s the furthest thing from a let down. Though the John Favreau directed film won’t be released until the summer of 2019, the internet is already exploding with excitement over the announcement of BeyoncĂ© playing Nala.
Queen B isn’t the only big name on the live-action docket. James Earl Jones comes back because would “The Lion King” even exist without the original Mufasa? A few other big names include Seth Rogan as Pumbaa, Keegan Michael-Key as Kamari and Donald Glover as Simba (to name a few).
If you feel the excitement like we are, don’t worry…you have almost two years to get your popcorn ready!
