Google Car Still Has Many Flaws
Officials said this week that a Google self-driving car was pulled over by police because the vehicle was traveling too slowly.
An officer in Mountain View, California, noticed traffic was backing up behind the prototype vehicle, which was traveling 24 mph in a 35 mph zone. Once he noticed it was a Google car, he decided to pull it over and contact the owner to get more information on the car and how it’s choosing its speeds.
Luckily the car didn’t get a ticket and the officer just wanted to help the company out by letting them know the technical issue. For more details be sure to check out the video above.
