Creative Care Inc. Claims Bynes Had An Outstanding Debt With Thier Facility

The mental health facility Creative Care Inc. has withdrawn a lawsuit against Amanda Bynes, whom they accused of neglecting to pay an almost $3,000 bill. Bynes checked herself into the facility in April for a reported “stress-related” mental health relapse.

After initially suing the actress for the cost of her hospital stay, Creative Care Inc. withdrew the suit, saying Bynes had paid the bill. Bynes appears to be doing remarkably well these days after struggling for years with drug addiction and drug-induced mental health issues. She became infamous for lashing out on Twitter at fellow celebrities and wandering around New York City in bizarre getups and wigs.

Bynes says these behaviors were the consequence of her abusing the prescription drug Adderall as well as marijuana and other drugs. Bynes is under the legal conservatorship of her mother until 2020. Bynes’ parents filed for legal guardianship of their daughter and control of her finances during her struggles. Bynes has now made an incredible comeback, and is studying fashion design in Los Angeles. She retired from acting a few years ago.

Today, Bynes’ once-notorious Twitter account has only one tweet, a link to an article in Paper magazine about her breakdown and recovery. As long as she pays her bills, we have no doubt Bynes will be able to stay above the fray.
