Khloe Appreciates Her Own Worth

Khloe Kardashian says she has come to realize her “value and worth” after splitting from NBA player Tristan Thompson, who allegedly cheated on her just days before the birth of their daughter, True. Kardashian briefly took Thompson back but dumped him for good when he cheated again, this time with family friend Jordyn Woods.

“Sometimes walking away has nothing to do with weakness and everything to do with strength. We walk away not because we want others to realize our value and worth, but because we finally realize our own,” Khloe posted to her Instagram story on Monday. Khloe said she’s not focused on dating right now, and told reporters she’s not using any dating apps or Web sites.

“No, I’m not on anything. I don’t care to be,” Khloe said. “I’m so in love in True, and being with her, and enjoying every moment. I know that probably sounds like the typical answer but I’m working. I’m working on myself – mind, body, soul, that other cliche. I’m just happy and I want to filter through whatever I feel like I need to filter through, but my focus right now is True. I don’t feel a sense of urgency to be in a relationship, or even to go on a date. I don’t want to.”

Khloe’s daughter True recently turned a year old. While her emotions over the breakup are still “raw,” Khloe says she tries to remain cordial with Thompson for their child’s sake.
