The Battle Of Stories
As most of you already know Instagram launched an update that included Stories this past week, which lets people share photos and videos for no longer than 24 hours with friends who follow them.
This is a direct hit to Snapchat’s stories, but Instagram’s co-founder said Stories aim to lower the bar for sharing all types of photos and video — and not just acceptably edited ones The move could ignite a head-to-head battle between Instagram and Snapchat, which have long lurked in each other’s territories but have not faced off directly.
