Foo Fighters Gets New Guitarist

During a Foo Fighters concert, front-man Dave Grohl invited a ten-year-old fan onstage. This boy from Missouri, Collier Cash Rule, made a motion to Grohl during a song that he could play guitar, and Grohl brought him up to see what he could do.
When asked what songs he Collier liked, he replied that he knew a lot of Metallica.

Grohl then handed Collier his guitar and instructed the band to follow along. Together, Collier and the Foo Fighters played a nearly flawless rendition of Metallica’s ‘Enter Sandman,’ followed up by two more songs. Both Grohl and the audience cheered for the boy, impressed by his guitar skill. As a parting gift, Grohl let Collier keep his guitar, a genuine Gibson, though he warned him that he would be angry if he saw the guitar on eBay.

Collier’s mother, who was at the show with him, has chimed in with her immense pride in her son, believing that this will be a moment the two of them will remember for the rest of their lives. Collier has become an internet sensation, with music aficionados, as well as Metallica themselves, naming him one of world’s future rockers.
