Active Hawaiian volcano Mount Kilauea has been extremely busy lately. It’s ongoing eruptions have caused a total of 14 ground fissures. The volcano has already destroyed 27 homes in Lailani Estates and now officials are urging residents of Leilani Gardens to evacuate due to hazardous gases. So far, the lava has spread across 104 acres on the big island’s eastern side. Thankfully, no injuries have been reported.
