Teigen recently shared her struggles with regaining body confidence post baby. In a recent interview, Teagan Reese shared how stuck she was on the number on the scale and how much it bothered her. Before she had her baby, she says she used to weigh herself three times a day. She knew how much she weighed at 8 AM, 1 PM and 8 PM. She knew exactly how much she was supposed to weigh at each time. However, since having her baby Teigen feels like she looks more sexy, rather than like a tomboy.

She is also learning how to dress her new body, now that she is curvier and has hips. Teagan talks about how celebrities set an unrealistic post-baby weight loss and fitness example. She reminds the average mom that celebrities have trainers, dietitians, nutritionists and nannies.

It is not realistic for the average mom to lose weight as quickly as a person with access to all of this help. She is also candid about sharing her post-baby body’s new stretch marks, her worries about wearing a swim suit and indulging in carbs.
