Show Creators Reveal Details At AMC Summit

For those missing the days of Heisenberg on the AMC series ‘Breaking Bad’ the new season of ‘Better Call Saul’ can possibly channel characters from ‘Breaking Bad.’

During the recent AMC Summit for Leadership In Action, details were leaked for the upcoming fourth season of ‘Better Call Saul’ including bringing back older characters. Executive producer, Vince Gilligan discussed the progression of the ‘Better Call Saul’ series coinciding the start of the relationship with Saul and Heisenberg.

Gilligan also leaked that the viewers for the new season will have Saul meeting a character from the ‘Breaking Bad’ this year. The co-creator, Melissa Bernstein, clarifies that the character mention will be the character Lalo, that is previously mentioned but has yet to be revealed.

Lalo was previously mentioned in the ‘Breaking Bad’ series and was mentioned during the second season of ‘Better Call Saul.’ The series will also be reintroducing characters from ‘Breaking Bad’ and will dive into how character relationships effects the current plot.

The character Kim Wexler will be featured more through the fourth season, exploring her relationship with Saul Goodman. The new season will also explore how the death of Chuck McGill effects the relationship between Goodman and Wexler.

The new season is set to premiere on AMC August 6 and for more on the upcoming season of ‘Better Call Saul’ check out the videos above.
