Apple has just released the trailer for its new drama, The Morning Show, starring Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Steve Carrell.

Aniston and Witherspoon play two women working in the media industry as morning talk show hosts as they confront issues like workplace inequality and sexual harassment.

In the trailer, Aniston is faced with the fact that her boss, played by Carrell, is a sexual harasser who has been fired following accusations by women in her office. When she decides to do an expose story on the allegations, Aniston’s male coworker tries to force her out of her job.

“Through the prism of those under-slept, over-adrenalized people in front of and behind the camera, we take an honest look at the complex relationships between women and men in the workplace, and we engage in the conversation people are a little too afraid to have unless they’re behind closed doors,” Aniston said at an Apple event in March.

Reese Witherspoon said the show will be a “high-velocity thrill ride in which we pose questions without easy answers and shine a light on the fault lines in our society at this very complicated cultural moment.”

The Morning Show is based on a book called Top Of The Morning by CNN correspondent Brian Stelter. Stelter is a consultant for the show.
