Aly Raisman’s Routine

Meet Aly Raisman, an outstanding American gymnast. She was the captain of the United States women’s gymnastics team at the 2012 Summer Olympics, where she won gold medals in the team and floor competitions, as well as a bronze medal on the balance beam, making her the most decorated American gymnast at the Games. She was also a member of the gold-winning American teams at the 2011 and 2015 World Championships, AND now she is on her way to the 2016 Summer Olympics where she has been named as captain. Talk about accomplishments!

Her path to the Olympics consists of rigorous training and not to much downtime…but when she does get the chance some of her favorite things to do is hang out at her house for a lazy Sunday with friends and family or if it’s nice outside she likes to take long walks with her two dogs.

Aly also talks about living a healthy lifestyle and eating healthy. Overall, Aly says she does eat super healthy, lots of carbs for energy, and as far as indulgence goes we’re all human. It’s natural to have indulgences and believe it or not Aly thinks it’s all apart of a healthy diet. As long as the majority of your diet is healthy you’re good to go!
