Award season is in full swing, and the Academy Awards are the next on the docket. Jimmy Kimmel will be hosting the 90th Academy Awards Ceremony on Sunday, November 4th. Is your popcorn ready? Better yet, are you all caught up on who is up for which awards? We all have our favorite categories, and we are all pulling for our favorite films of the year. “The Shape Of Water” seems to be the talk of the Awards this year as it raked in 13 nominations. With that being said, here are a couple of highlights to peak your Oscars interest!

Big nominations for the 2018 Oscars:
-“The Shape Of Water” is leading the nominations by a long shot this year, pulling in 13 different nominations. These include Best Picture, Best Actress (Sally Hawkins), Best Supporting Actress (Octavia Spencer), Best Supporting Actor (Richard Jenkins), Best Director (Guillermo del Toro), and more.

-The nominees for Best Picture are: Call Me by Your Name, Darkest Hour, Dunkirk, Get Out, Lady Bird, Phantom Thread, The Post, The Shape of Water, and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.
