Moments In Mindfulness
Living in the moment is so important especially because we are living in a generation where we become so distracted so easily. Everyday we follow an agenda where we wakeup, go to work, and repeat. When life gets busy and stressful we want you to allow mindfulness to guide you….take a moment to reflect. When you take a break, the benefits are limitless. It can make you a better parent, friend, mentor and helps to reduce stress.
Remember we don’t just come from nature we ARE nature. By simply gardening and nurturing life which is one of the examples in the videos above, we tap into this natural self we all have. This is what we call moving meditation. As you concentrate on planing seeds, watering your flowers, and cultivating life you allow yourself to be present.
Take a moment and become more focused on your breath, open your mind, and be aware of your instincts. Be one with your surroundings.
