How To Train Like Wonder Woman
Gal Gadot went through some serious training to prepare for the role of a lifetime in ‘Wonder Woman.’ Do you ever wonder how actors like her prepare for such an intense role? Well, for starters, Gal was training for up to six hours a day to get the in-shape Wonder Woman figure we saw on the big screen.
Just to put things into perspective Gal worked so hard for this role she said training for the Israeli army was easier….yes, you read that right!! Her training consisted of not only long gym sessions, but you could also find her choreographing and training even six months before the shoot.
Gal worked so hard for this role and it was so rewarding for her. Working out so hard and being so strong never felt so good!
