Getting Personal With Celebrities

Build, live from London, sits down with a few celebrities to talk about everything from re-enterting the music industry, to new cookbooks! Martine McCutcheon joins the party to talk about her new album, “Lost And Found.” This is her first album after her 15 year hiatus from the music scene. Her health issues, one of which was Lyme’s Disease, allowed her to see life in a different way.

“It does make you smell the roses again and you rediscover life in a different way when you’ve been seriously ill,” McCutcheon says. She says her husband encouraged her to do it for her again, and that helped her find her love for music again. She worked with her husband, who is a music producer, on her new album. She said it felt like working on a therapy session while creating an album, as there were arguments and breakthroughs as she fell in love with music again.

Another interesting interview was with the beautiful English and Filipino model Jasmine Hemsley, who talks about how her switch to an Ayurvedic lifestyle has been a game changer for her. Ayurveda is a system of medicine with historical roots in the Indian subcontinent, and it inspired her to write a new cookbook called, “East By West.”
